I have the Boss LS1630 100 watt. Rotary is enabled for engraving job. Appropriate settings have been applied. When I frame the job on my cup, the correct size space is framed out. When I run the job, the image is compacted to a space of about 1/8" vs the framed out and correct size of 2".
What type of rotary? (Roller or chuck?). Can you post info on the speeds and settings you were using for the job? And I assume the rotary setting was on when you framed as well? (Silly question probably, but making sure)
Double check the set screws of the motor pulley and bearing pulleys, if there are loose will cause that
