Hi I bought some stainless steel cups from Amazon and the rotary was setup with the diameter of the middle of the cup. The problem is that the bottom of the image seems compressed (likely because it tapers off).
How can I correct this issue so that the image looks right on the cup? Can I put in measurements for the top, middle, bottom of the cup?
I think I found out the issue… I didn’t correctly set my split size or the overlap.

Work out the OD needed and cut a ring from MDF or Plywood fitting on the small diameter of your cup. Your engraving surface should be level now. Engrave one to test. It worked for me
