My CSV now contains what is in yours (I hope).
Hm, but where exactly do I write the “%0”? I think I had that wrong.
I selected the arry (January) and then “Merge/CSV”. The check mark for “auto-advance” is now also active.
The preview doesn’t show me anything changed either.
The “%0” is the text in the parent array entity. The syntax tell Lightburn how to handle the variable text options.

It’s worked out! Finally.
It took me a long time to understand where exactly I should write the %0. 
However, the display and preview do not make it easy to align everything exactly. I’m happy if this is resolved with an update.

…I also think, once you have figured it out, it is easy enough, but finding it also took me several attempts.
The LightBurn people are reading along here and if they’re not too busy (which I doubt), they’ll take care of it, sometimes.
