After setting the option for the u-axis in RDWorks, it will work in Lightburn as well, the only thing is you can’t change the axis that you want to use in Lightburn.
So select it (once) in RDWorks and you can use lightburn again, by sending the file to the controller and hit start on the controller (or “shift and then hit sent” in Lightburn).
I really hope the devs of Lightburn will add this function for the new firmware also in the next update of Lightburn for my controller.
The good and bad of using a third party software for your laser control. Quite often they have features the factory software doesn’t, but conversely they are playing catch up with new factory features. I bet they will have it soon, it all depends on what else they are fighting with at the time.
