I have a 1Laser Hydra series that i have been using for about a month now. It has never shown a preview of the cut file, always says No Image Data. Any ideas why this might be happening? Is there a setting in Lightburn i need to turn on?
Does it work, other than it not showing any cut data?
Which Ruida are you using, specifically?
Here are images of the controller information and the page that I don’t get the images on, but I am not getting the images on the home screen also.
Oh, and everything else seems to work good. I know this seems minor, but it bothers me, lol.
As far as I know, my Ruida doesn’t know it’s an image file… could this have something to do with it?
Maybe you’re sending vectors and it thinks they are supposed to be images? I don’t know..
Where would I find “Which Ruida are you using, specifically?”. This is still new to me, so I am not sure.
If you look in the electronics enclosure, the controller is likely mounted there.
You can probably figure it out.. mine is a Ruida 6442g… here’s a photo from the electronics enclosure of my machine.
I don’t recognize the machines console, that’s why I was asking… Sometimes these aren’t really marked, so a photo might help if it’s identifying number isn’t obvious.
seems to be a special version, could be it needs to be threated a little different by Lightburn. Found one with customized firmware (e.g., version 8.07.70) exclusive to Thunder Laser where as this one was made for onelaser it seems.
Yep, you are right. After getting threw to the 1Laser technician’s, due to it being a special version, this is an error between the controller and Lightburn. From my understanding, both are working on it and should be fixed in future release of either one.
