Hi there, I have a co2 laser with a ruida 6332m controller. The unit will cut perfectly but if you ask it to engrave it frames properly, shows the file image correctly, but just straight to the beeps at the end. I’ve tried different speeds, power etc but cannot get it to work.
Has anyone else had this and how did you sort it.

If possible post the .lbrn2 file for us to examine… We can examine it and see if there is something that is causing the issue.
If that doesn’t work screen shots are good, you can drag and drop them on the reply window or use the upload icon
in the tool bar.
