I went to use my Ruida CO2 laser, and it showed only disconnected. There was an update done today, also, not sure if that is causing my issue.
In your Windows Device Manager, is your computer assigning a COM port to your laser?
You may need to reinstall LightBurn again and check the box to install the FTDI drivers:
Unfortunately, that did not work.
Is there any reason you cannot set up an Ethernet connection to your machine?
It really is the most reliable connection method.
