Ruida Start/Pause & Frame buttons not working with LightBurn files, but work with RDWorks

I’m having a strange problem with one of my Ruida machines.

If I create and send a job from RDWorks, the physical Start/Pause and Frame buttons work normally.

If I create the job in LightBurn, both the physical Start/Pause and Frame buttons do nothing. This also happens if I Save RD File in LightBurn and load the .rd file through USB, so it doesn’t seem to be an Ethernet issue.

My other Ruida machine works fine with LightBurn.

Problem machine: Ruida firmware RDC-V15.60.17, LightBurn Pro 2.0.05, Windows 11.

Has anyone seen this or know why LightBurn-generated files would cause Start/Pause and Frame to stop working while RDWorks files work normally?

I think the real question is why is one machine working and the other not, with the same Lightburn.
