Our Makerspace has a “Red and Black” CO2 Laser which currently displays patterns horizontally flipped on the LCD, but cuts correctly. This is a new behavior, and I am trying to figure out the root cause and repair it. Does anyone have suggestions for what may have gone wrong?
Somebody may have (inadvertently) changed the controller’s Screen Origin setting. How that’s done (and the name it goes by) depends on which controller the machine has, but it’s probably accessed through the display’s Menu button.
The controller’s Display Origin should match the corner where the machine homes when it starts up, which should also match the LightBurn Device Origin.
