Ruida's RDACC-FIBER-V2.0 low-power fiber adapter board, interesting!

This leverages a Ruida 644X controller (and others) harnessing the U axis and one of the laser outputs to drive a fiber laser.

It looks like it’s just using the 5v output from the U plug, not the actual U axis.

I was so distracted by my excitement and reading of the details in the manual that I scanned right over that glaring detail.

Now I am even more curious about the motion control aspect of this.

It looks like it’s just meant to control a fiber laser power supply, but still use a gantry mounted X/Y stage, not galvo mirrors.
