Running two Mac Machines

I am new and have two Mac machines . One in the house and the other in the garage where it will be hooked up to my xtool d1 pro machine with a USB cable in order to run light burn. Is it possible to create my projects in light burn with the one in the house and then bring it up with the one in the garage. Will it just come up from saving the projects or do I have to send the project thru email or wifi or what? The Mac machine in the garage is so I can have proper ventilation, but it is much more comfortable in the house to build my project on that one.

Files saved with one copy of LightBurn can be opened and run using a different computer running LightBurn, yes. You will need to transfer these files from one to the other or have them available on shared storage, accessible to both computers.

Thank you for the information before I uy the Lightburn

Hi Rick,
I don’t want to be a pest but do I just save my work in a file on the first computer and then open that file in the second computer to work on it or is there a transfer button or share button in light burn so I can pick up my work on the second computer

Correct. LightBurn does not have a specific button designed to “share” your file. Just use your OS File Manager to navigate to the file you want to continue with on the second computer and open it from there.

Thank you again for your help
