buongiorno, ho un s30 ultra 33w ma l’air assist sembra che mandi poca aria,essendo automatico non so come fare per poter aumentare la potena.
ne ho aggiunto uno esterno e che va sembre e il taglio viene benissimo ma con quello originale no

Did you check if the nozzle is clean? Did you make sure the inlet holes are not blocked? The S30 air assist pump is usually sufficient for most use cases. It’s quite strong. Make sure it’s a 24V pump if you use the 33W system.
Si l’ugello è pulito, ho collegato un’altra pompa esterna manuale e funziona perfettamente, la pompa dell’s30 è quella che mi hanno mandato in dotazione e’ andata bene 5/6 giorni e adesso quando incido non va bene la sento andare ma sembra non sufficiente
Make sure you didn’t put it into the enclosure. Then it sucked in dirty air which blocks it. You can disassemble and clean it.
Effettivamente è dentro alla copertura, allora può essere quello. Ma quando vedevo le coperture da acquistare lo facevano vedere dentro quindi non pensavo potessero esserci problemi . Loro mi hanno detto di fare 2 prove e mandarvi il video e vediamo intanto grazie
An air assist pump may NEVER be inside the enclosure. This will not only break the pump, but your lenses as well. The dirt inside the air will be sucked in and blown to the lens. There it gets baked in and breaks the glass. It’s the best way to destroy a laser fast 
Next time, but it outside. And, make sure to clean the lens before going on.
