Hi,

Hoping someone can help, recently purchased a Omtech K40+ setup all went fine, but I can’t frame with the door open. This is a European model so has a reset button that must be pressed every time the door is shut which then initiates the laser power.

I get the following with the door open

The door window is so dark I can’t see inside so can’t frame that way either. Omtech support has not been helpful at all, So currently have a machine that I can’t frame with.

That’s a firmware thing. You can’t do anything about this in LB. You only could disconnect / fool the door sensor to make it work then.
