I have designed a few files that I’d like to sell on Etsy. Previously, when I bought files from Etsy, I downloaded a zip folder with many different file types including SVG, DXF, AI, PDF. Is there a way that I can save my files to these formats directly through Lightburn?

By using File/Export, you are able to export to .AI, .DXF and .SVG. Anything beyond that, you would need to use some other program to do the conversion.
