I am using a 60W Co2 laser cutting machine after cutting there is sawtooth marks left on either on x-axis or y-axis on edge of acrylics material.
Have anyone experienced this problem or how to solve it?

Too bad… i have adjusted the speed, power and weaken air blow the outcome of the cutting result still showing sawtooth marking. I have just replaced X & Y- axis bearing also didn’t improve much.
The result seem strange as the sawtooth appearing on bottom edge and right side edge of the cutting piece.
But still many thanks for the video… and i learn something new. 
Sorry to hear that the fix is nor coming easy. You may have already seen these videos but there is good information in them about acrylic.
Also It is nice to see a fellow craftsman understand with each issue the is a chance to learn something we did not know before. Keep at at and Good Luck
