Does any one have a service or offer video chat to walk me through scan offset I’m lost and I’ve watched videos but im not getting it and i need to get it done willing to purchase a session

You need to go through the docs and videos slowly. As soon as you see/hear something you do not understand, like the terminology, stop and research it.
When I was in radar school in the Air Force, they said everything 3 times. I later took that to mean read or view it 3 times so it will soak in.
If you explain to us what you do not understand (everything is no help), we may be better able to help clear up the confusion.
