Sculpfun S9 Expansion will not orgin and keeps hitting rails

Good morning I am hoping you all can help. I searched for the same topic and two issues came up, but there was not really a solution posted. I installed the sculpfun S9 expansion kit making the area 950 x 410. When i plugged it in this morning and downloaded the newest version of lightburn to be on the safe side. I tried to frame a square to test it out and it immediately hits the rails. I have adjusted the size in the device settings and I followed a previous issue and adjusted the console to 950. Below is what pops up when I enter $$ into the console section. Additionally the device does not have a homing or limit switch that I am aware of. I have it set to absolute Coords as i used it prior to installing the expansion. Thank you in advance.

I stumbled across an amazon review that has the same issue and they stated X axis was wired backwards and they had to change it.

How do reverse the X axis setting

You did put the settings in correctly.

Are you starting the software with the laser head in the home position?
If you don’t have limit switches, you have to make sure that the laser head is physically moved to the zero position before powering the machine and starting the software.

Yes I am starting with the laser head in the home position in the left corner of the machine. I tried placing the laser head in the right side of the machine and it moved better and did not hit the sides. However, when I placed an image i previously used and created on specific coordinates, it did not follow that outline.

Go into device setting and check which dot is selected in the “Origin” setting. This is where you need to move the head before stsrting up.

Mine is set in the same location as the picture. lower left.

I have some guidance here: Workspace extension kit - Diode Laser Wiki
Maybe worth a check if your case is handled there. Do you want to turn the workspace by 90 degrees?
