Se desconecta la maquina

Hola, tengo un AtomStack x7 PRO, cuento con el programa LightBurn de paga, lo llevo usando dos años continuos. Mi problema es que el laser se desconecta a mitdad del trabajo, perdiendo la conexión! Eh tratado con diferentes soluciones que recomiendan, tales como: Actualizar controladores, limpieza de la maquina e inclusive el cambio de cable. Utilice coneccion WIFI, Pendrive y por cables, ninguna a solucionado mi problema. Este es el log que arroja la consola

You do not say which version of the x7 Pro you have. Is it the dual laser version or the single CO2 version. We need more detail about the machine.

Hi, I have an AtomStack x7 PRO, and I have the paid LightBurn program, which I’ve been using continuously for two years. My problem is that the laser disconnects halfway through a job, losing the connection! I’ve tried several recommended solutions, such as updating drivers, cleaning the machine, and even changing the cable. I’ve used Wi-Fi, a USB flash drive, and cables, but none of them solved my problem. This is the log from the console.

A lost connection is a USB issue. If the controller reboots in the middle of a project, that can look like a lost connection. I am going with you saying you did your diagnostics.

Try running the program at 5%-10% power and see if it completes. If it does, then the laser module or machine power supply are suspect.
