i recently instaled second copy to another laptop, now my laser does not read files from either computer. They show on the flip drive in computer, however, the machine is telling me that my flip drive has no files on it. HELP!!! and Thanks.
There is nothing about installing LightBurn to another computer that would affect a USB drive with files for your laser.
Files for the laser can only have 8 character names and be in the root folder of the USB drive. The drive has to be FAT32 formatted (I believe), not NTFS.
Are you plugging the USB drive into the correct port on the laser? (UDisk)
