Hi all. I’m very new to this. I had no issues with the install and connecting my first laptop to the laser. I’m trying to connect my laser with the second laptop. It brings me to the devices screen. I’m plugged into the laser, hit find laser. Nothing. I have tried to uninstall the program and redownload and install. Same results. I have an AP laser. i go into license and it’s there. I haven’t a clue what I am doing wrong. I know it’s going to be dumb, but im getting uber frustrated
How are you connected to the laser? If on USB have you installed the FTDI driver? It’s available at the end of the install process for LightBurn.

I did try that. It still did the same thing? The install was so simple the first time. I will uninstall and try it again. The second time I installed it I left it out thinking that was the issue
tried it still won’t recognize the laser. Is there somewhere in the program files that i can copy the laser paramiters and paste them into the file created on the new one?
