I received a copy of LIGHTBURN when I purchased my laser machine a few months ago. It came with the serial number on the little box with the USB stick. Unfortunately, I had to reset my PC and now I can’t find my little box. (I clearly put it somewhere I thought I knew where it’d be if I needed it again)
Is there some way I can retrieve this?

Using your email, the one you used to register here, I do not find you in our systems. I do see that you list you have a Boss laser. If this is where you purchased LightBurn, you will need to contact them directly. They do resell LightBurn, but we do not have access to their systems.
