What am I doing wrong? I have made 60 some tags using the same setting. Went in yesterday and it’s not working. It goes to one tag and just goes back and forth on the bottom line. I’m using the thunder Nova 24. Am trying to share my small video of what it is doing but can’t seem to do that
My setting are speed 500 power 25. 2 passes interval 0.07
The settings indicate mm/min, which is unusual for a CO₂ laser that typically use mm/s. The speed looks like 500, which would be about right in mm/s and 60 times too slow with mm/min.
Switch (back?) to mm/s and the results should improve.
Check belts and gears/set screws on Y axis this looks like a mechanical issue.
