Correct, I used a cell phone for bottom picture not the Lightburn camera.
Actually I meant that the cellphone photo has the drawn rectangle perpendicular to the drag chain. However, the image in Camera Control window shows the rectangle parallel with the drag chain.
However, looking at it again I assume the drag chain in the Camera Control window is actually for the X-axis and the gantry is positioned toward the front of the machine whereas in the other photo the gantry is at the back.
I bought an aftermarket usb camera; it never would do anything with the dot pattern so I by-passed that event and selected the N-75(?) pre program and the camera works fine.
