Hi, hoping someone can help me with some settings, I’m trying to set up to do a photograph on a tile I began to run this and the image seems to be light brown instead of black and light areas are dark, negative image is off, what have I done wrong. Also when I’m framing the tile from dead centre it’s framing ok apart from being approx 12mm left of centre, in other words I need to start to engrave 12 mm to the right of centre this is on a 13cm sq tile, please help

Sorry about that the arrowed areas should be black I’m running 100 pc power and 90 speed as I did on previous machine,
How did you prep tile?
Same as previously cleaned and two coats of white spray, but am open to suggestions
