I have what might be a dumb question. Since the 1.5 update my materials testing has been a little wierd. I have figured out most of it. But the one question i have remaining is in the edit areas. What should those values be? should the be at 100% and on the main screen is where the parimeters of % go in. I’m questioning it be cause in the edit materials, it is defaulted to 35 max and 20 min. If I’m trying to find out what % I should be running my laser at through this test, it should not be of 35 % of my laser power? Should it? I have 100 watt C02 for refrence. TIA
The values you set in Cut Settings Editor after clicking Edit Material Setting are the base settings for the test — the two settings you have chosen to test for in the main Material Test window will be varied in the grid, but all other settings applied there will apply to every test box.
In other words, if you are testing Speed and Power, the Speed and Power settings will vary between the values you have set in the main Material Test window, and the ones set in the Cut Settings Editor will be ignored.
