Bernd,
I think you told me the distance you have the nozzle from your substrate when using a 2.5" FL lens.
I am doing TAXES so I haven’t been in the shop to run a Ramp Test with the new lens and tube on my OMTech 60W. Some time next week hopefully.

Trying to figure out a reason to glue the lens in place.

I don’t quite have a handle on that but… The nozzle is maybe a little “funky” in it’s design making it difficult to include a way to change the lens easily. Lens is obviously a good distance from smoke. The air assist fitting is too small maybe. I haven’t used it yet and probably won’t for a few more days. Hope the storm heading our way doesn’t take our power out. Need to make sure the generator will start and run!!!
