About a week ago I bought the Light Burn license.
Today I installed the software (0.9.16)
I have an AWC 708C Lite Cotroller.
The laser has been detected. I can also cut with the laser.
Then I wanted to install the rotary axis.
Unfortunately I can’t find the settings under TOOLS.
Can you please tell me where I can find the settings for the rotary axis?

You won’t find the settings for the Trocen rotary in LightBurn - they don’t have the ability to set the rotary settings from anywhere but the menus on the controller panel. Even their own LaserCAD software doesn’t do it.
Thank you for the answer. Will it be possible in the future to make the settings for the axis of rotation with the Lightburn software?

Only if Trocen alters the firmware in the controller itself to allow access to those settings. You would need to ask them.
