Hello, I’m getting this weird shadow when I use my Galvo CO2 on tumblers. Has anyone ever had an issue like this?
Just a comment, not a solution. Whatever it is, remember it so you can make it happen on purpose. I think that gives your tumblers a unique look that competitors cannot duplicate. 
But yeah, that is something that should be fixed.
What is your scan angle set at??
Double check your focus depth
Make sure your beam is hitting the topmost part of the tumbler, not partly down the side.
