I can reach to get this result.
I would like to have the shadow burned as in the orignal. Unfortunately, I’m not able to reach this. Can somebody help me?

Set the blue layer to fill, set the green layer to line? I would expect that to work. If it doesn’t, set the green layer to the same layer as the blue, ungroup the paths, select just the former green stuff, group it together, then select it and the outer blue layer, use the boolean options to essentially “make a hole” in the blue layer in the exact shape of the green layer.
Hopefully that was clear enough…
I’d suggest putting it all on one layer set to fill and make sure there are no duplicates. I did a quick trace of your first image and got this so you could do it that way if my first suggestion doesn’t work for you:
