Shape and properties issues results

Hey lightburn experts im having the weirdest issues with how to assort my different values to maneuver in LIGHTBURN without the power remain at 100% and speed remaining 1 value for entire row 1 value per section i followed this instruction from YouTube Link; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShkhX6G-IC0&t=466s. so, far I’m unsuccessful for whatever reason

max 400mms 27 pwr eye images.lbrn2 (178.5 KB)

Everything looks like it’s correctly setup.. What exactly is the issue? Such as where do you experience a failure in the procedure.

Might look at this generator, I used to use it a lot and it’s much easier and less error prone.

So every template that i have ever used would do a test based on the specific target just like aligning the multiplication chart in order to get answer.
For me whats happening is that when the laser reaches 1 row it will do 1 speed and 98 percent as shown in previous image but in this current image it wont do as desired attatched is the setup .
Intead it will 200mms at 98% pwr the it will do 250mms at 98 % etc

I don’t see how it’s doing that..

Are you seeing this on the Ruida screen, such as the 1st photo?

Do you have a mA meter?

Thanks again @jkwilborn ! @LightBurn
I’ve done everything to my setup preference and I still am finding trouble when starting my machine and it entails on my controller display that there’s 'is not enough extended space. I tried hitting the reset button on the controller and moving the image completely over and still I find the same message on the display.
Would someone know whats the cause of this ?

I do but im still trying to just use your suggested format im over it @LightBurn

You have the graphic 10mm from the left and 10mm down from the top. If set to absolute coordinates, this is where it will attempt to lase the image.

Anytime you do an image, the machine does uses the hardware to deal with overscan. This is where the head is outside of the image area and the area is used to slow down, change directions and get back to speed.

With your speed at 500mm/s and an acceleration of 6000mm/s^2

It will take you machine ~20mm to reach 500mm/s. It doesn’t have 20mm on the left side. The Ruida figures this out and displays an extended space error.

It only has the space of 10mm on the left and it needs 20mm, so it can’t extend the space.

Make sense?

Alright where can I find that tool? What’s the next step to the fastest possible ?
Thanks again for anyone that’s helping people out!
Also I have taken off the lines because I just wanted to see the machine move but still nothing

What tool? If you mean the acceleration calculator, you really don’t need it, but … it’s here.

You need to move the graphic at least 20mm from the left side. Or move the head to some location away from the left and press origin. Then switch the start from to user origin.

Do you have an metal tube or a glass tube machine?

500mm/s is rather fast for a glass tube machine.
