Tried etching an image of a drawing of warped space-time. It was originally green on black. Converted it to BW and then inverted to get black on white. My problem has been finding the right parameters in the the shape window. I make a change, preview, close preview, make change, repeat. What would really be nice is to have a “live preview” option in the shape parameter window so one can easily see how your tweaks will affect the final product without having to jump back and forth.
I do not understand your request as this is exactly how it works today. Changes to the ‘Gamma’, ‘Contrast’ or ‘Brightness’ values made from the ‘Shape Properties’ window are instantly updated in the workspace view. There is no need to go to the ‘Preview’ window to see these changes. Is this not working for you?
