Shapeoko help Jogging XYZ issue

Newbie looking for some help

Using JTec laser on shapeoko first couple projects, no issues. When I went to do some CNC work on the shapeoko the XYZ axis is all jacked up. It will go to rapid positions but when I try to jog it to zero it isn’t doing what it is supposed to. Has anyone had this issue and know the cause and fix? I tried to uplug everything plug it back in etc still nothing. I even went back to see if the machine would move correct in the LightBurn software after and it won’t move there either…I’m new to this so hopefully it just some easy fix.

Can you paste your setting here so we can take a look at them?

Had some shapeoko forum help I was missing some $ settings looks like its good to go. Thanks though.
