shift + frame not working (pixi algolaser)

Hi everyone, I’m new to lasers. I bought a mini laser (Pixi Algolaser) to get started. I’m having a bit of trouble framing. I press Shift + Frame, and the laser moves but doesn’t light. What could be wrong, because I can’t find the answer. Regards

You must also;

-Enable Laser Fire Button

-Enter a power value to use when framing
