Hi there, new to the laser engraving world. I’ve been lurking a lot on this forum and it’s helped a lot when I was just starting out a few months ago. My problem is: even when I press the shift key when framing the laser will not come on. Before I updated to .22 it would work every time I did it. Now it will not come on. Is there something I’m missing?
What sort of “the laser” do you have? (the ‘Your Machine’ part of your profile has a machine name in it, but doesn’t specify what kind of machine it is)

Double check that you have the ‘Fire’ button enabled in the settings:
Yes it is on. I use it to focus for each new project.
