Hello,
For whatever reason my laser keeps shrinking the text while engraving a logo. This is the second time it has happened. The first time, it shrank the beginning and the end of the logo. This time it was only the end of the logo. It happens randomly but at this point it has cost me $70 between these two cups.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
