You just need to tell LightBurn where to find your SHX font files. Go into settings and click the button highllghted in the screenshot below:

Basti, in addition to the correct answer you got from @Marcus_Wakefield , there is a small bonus from me.
Almost everything, within LightBurn, you can search in LB’s very nice and professional online documentation, you just use the link up here on the page, it works perfectly in my opinion.
