Single Layer cutting issue

Hello everyone,

Total beginner here. I have just managed to connect NEJE 30W laser with LightBurn and trying some basic things to get done.

Added some text on a single layer and here are the results:

As you can see, the laser does not turn off when switching segments. I have seen a few official LightBurn tutorials and this seems to work out of the box. Looks like laser power is significantly lower when switching between segments but not totally turned off. So, this might be some kind of setting that I have misconfigured.

Also, I am using GRBL 1.1 on the CNC shield that was used to drive Dremel as a spindle, so it might be that something is left.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Please do a forum search there are multiple posts that I believe will help you

Thanks @Rick , @justginbg,

I have manged to resolve this with $32=1 setting in GRBL.
