Size of project from computer to the laser

I am having difficulty getting the correct size of my object into the laser. In LB the measurements do not seem to coincide with the desired size of my object. When I send it to the laser, I must shrink it way down in size in LB then use trial and error to get the correct size of my object. Any helpful ideas?

It sounds like your units may be mixed up. I would cut a 1" x 1" square out and measure it. If it measures larger or smaller than 1" take a look at how to recalibrate your axes. There’s a doc on how to do that here
