Sizing Parts on Rotary

If i have to make rings for a part to use on my rotary so that the diameter is big enough to work on it, is there a way to calculate the aspect ratio of it so that engraving doesnt come out looking all wonky? I have to enter the ring diameter as the “object diameter” as that controls the speed of the rotary, but if my part is 1/4" and the rings i put on it are 1" the engraving will look very weird. Is there a way to compensate for this?

Scale the drawing vertically by 400%, and increase the interval by that as well, OR reduce the “Roller Diameter” by a factor of 4, so LightBurn spins them faster to compensate. Either should work.
