Have you calibrated the rotary steps to confirm the scaling?
I did the steps for the size. It looks real smooth when doing the test but when I burn it skips every other line?

Yes. I get the correct scale but i am just getting the lines in between each pass
Can you post a screen shot of your layer settings, rotary configuration, and another picture of your rotary from further back?
On your calibration test, were you using a line layer (and not seeing any sort of problem like you see when doing a fill)?
Have you tried the size calibration test with a fill layer?
Now that you’ve made a reject item, don’t throw it out. Simply apply masking tape (or better if you have transfer tape) over the object and now you have a test piece that can be “reset” as many times as needed.
This was due to an incompatible driver.
