At the moment I’m busy setting up my pen plotter.
I really like the offset fill method but i’m not able to get the correct dimensions, like with the line/fill methods.
I made a small test file to test the dimensions
Apart from some small backlash I noticed that the dimensions are bit off.
The left is a line with an inward kerf of 0.55mm and the right is a offset fill.
The dimensions of the left are quite ok apart from parts missing because of the inward kerf.
The dimensions of the right plot on the other hand are to wide. smaller features are drawn but they fill up with ink.
Is it possible to have a kerf option on the offset fill so i can plot with the correct dimensions?
