Small Bug? - Material Test

I don’t THINK this is a machine/user issue  . Picture attached for visual example. Did a quick material test reducing the boxes to 4mm instead of 5 to make it go a little faster. The numbers along the top and the right text spacing is off. Not sure if it’s based on the distance between the fonts. Seems to be way too far off for it to be a belt issue, and the boxes are relatively aligned.

I would still think this is the most likely cause. Traversal moves use rapid speeds so may be enough to causing skipping even if you don’t have alignment issues within each shape.

In any case, either something mechanical or your motors are skipping. It’s almost certainly not a software but. Looks to be isolated to X axis. There’s something going on with the left side as well but can’t quite see it.

Check belt tension and pinion gears.

Something weird is happening. I think it may just be the sizes of the font. But it also looks like the spacing between the first and maybe the second column is wider than the rest of them.

The circled area on the right is just some text that was put there. Not sure where it came from. You might have something checked off that shouldn’t be. The sizes of the boxes are probably smaller than they should be. maybe 5mm is the smallest they should be.

I think your fine mechanically. If the belt was your issue, you would see more problems than what you have. When you have more time, try to do one with 5MM boxes.
