Snapmaker Artisan 40W Photo Engraving Issues

I’m currently trying the trial version of Lightburn for my 40W Snapmaker Artisan Machine. I love the capabilities and customization! I really would love to purchase this and I had planned on it… until I tested the photo engraving function… See, I’ve been working on a startup business, and my main seller would be cheap photo engravings, but every time I try to test fire a photo (using different USB connections{high speed ports/cables}/slower speeds, just to try and rule out a communication issue); I get these errors:

Observations:
Begins Jerking motions before slowing/shutting down.

Started slower jerking motions once, after using the HMI to turn on the enclosure fan and air purifier (can’t find macros to turn those on remotely via LB, often forgotten).

Speeds tested w/failure: 6000, 4800, 4500 (4500 is the most common speed used in the Luban Software)

Failure occurs sometimes halfway, sometimes 5~20mm into the engraving.

Inconsistent markings (attached photo):

Is this a repeat posting? I seem to remember portions of the text that are uncommon. I am pretty sure I do not have FutureVision.

Double posting an issue will not get a faster or better solution. If you say the same thing again, do not expect to get a different result.

I’ve already searched the forum for answers. This is my first post.

I have seen this line before. Maybe somebody else posted it.

Did some troubleshooting on my own:

With DPI at 317.5, Reduced Speed from 6000 to 4500mm/m
-no effect

With Speed at 6000mm/m Reduced DPI from 317.5 to 211.7 (Line Interval 80µ to 120µ)
-no effect

Reduced BOTH Speed and DPI to 4500mm/m and 211.7 (Line Interval 120µ)
-successful print (tested multiple).
