So in the week, my laser would just stop running I fix this as it was a USB time out in power controls
BUT today my software just crashes or just turns off lightburn about two hours into my current burn
is there a fix for this issue
someone on Facebook suggested buying a new USB cable but I’ve only had the machine Ortur m2 a week

The nice folks at Ortur had a batch of motherboards with issues, so you may want to reach out to Ortur Support as they have some steps to check for this.
