Software crash while calibrating camera lens

I am running the software on a laptop with Windows 7. I managed to load the drivers manually, via other posts, to get the Lightburn cam to work properly. When I run the ‘calibrate Camera Lens’ program I get the attached message and the software shuts down. Do I need to reload C++?

No, you just need to cover the honeycomb. The pattern confuses the software into thinking there are a LOT of circles, and the issue is inside one of the camera libraries we use, and not easily fixed.

Just use a bedsheet, piece of wood, cardboard, etc.

That is an easy enough fix. I will try it tomorrow. Thanks for the fast reply.

Once the honeycomb was covered I was able to calibrate the lens without a problem.
