I just purchased a license key using the $15 per month option that lightburn offer but they charged my card the whole $60 and that was disappointing. However, they did not issue a license key code?
Do any of guys know where I can find it?

Are you referring to the installment option offered at checkout? Did you select that option?
I’d suggest sending an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com and they’ll help you get sorted if that’s the case.
As far as the license is concerned that would have been emailed to you at the email that you used for the purchase. Look for 2 separate emails, one for the order receipt and the other with the key. Make certain you’re checking the email that you used at ordering time and make sure it has not gone to junk mail.
Alternatively, you may be able to find the key by logging into the License Portal.
