I have a laptop that the software is loaded, but most the time the bottom part of the screen does not show the layer pallate part of the screen. I was using it this afternoon, and whole screen was showing, but tonight I noticed that it is not showing on the screen. The laptop was just refurbished with all new parts, and this is the only thing on the computer, that doesn’t show the whole screen.
I sure hope someone can help me remedy this problem.
It’s likely screen resolution issues with the laptop. I’d first check to make sure you have the LightBurn window maximized. You might also try setting the Windows menu at the bottom of your screen to autohide, which will give you a bit more room. Worst case scenario, grab the color panel at the bottom of LightBurn, and drag and dock it to the side of the screen, so it’s in a different place.
yea, checked the screen, strange because when it is maximized the bottom shows, but when it is minimzed the screen is still full, but bottom is chopped off and just a hair of the right side. Usually when you minimize a screen , it shrinks down. 13’ screen, and was thinking getting an older or refurbished laptop with a minimim of 15.6, and that should solve my problem, but hate to ignore a good computer and buy another one just for the laser.
When it’s not maximized, you simply need to grab one of the corners of the window and shrink it manually then. It’s simply hiding behind the windows taskbar, that’s all. When you maximize, it’s adjusting the window around the available space. You can slide any non maximized window down and hide part of it behind the taskbar.
