I have a Kentoktool LE400 PRO with factory 5.5 watt laser that I am replacing with a Kentoktool 10 Watt laser. I have Version 1.4 and want to know if there are any software settings I need to change to support this larger powered laser.

Lightburn uses power %.
Now that you upgraded your laser, you need to adjust the % for the material
There is no specific setting you must change.
100% of your new laser will be - roughly - twice as much power as 100% of your old laser.
Welcome to the forum. Just thought I’d jump in and give what @gilaraujo stated in a different way.
If you double the power, you can run twice as fast or you can keep you speed the same and lower the power by 50%… and of course anything in between.
Even if it was exactly twice the power, these devices all are different, but should put you into the ball park.
