I just watched your tutorial #8. I have LightBurn version 7.7.07 in trial mode. Is this the reason why several tabs do not appear, such as: directional mode that I cannot uncheck, hatch mode, sweep angle, advanced settings, fill + line. You are great but I am worried that I will not be able to follow all your advice. Help-me please 
You are probably in beginner mode. That disables several features. Go to the Settings menu (Gears Icon) and disable beginner mode. That should now show the missing features.
