I have been using Lightburn for 3-4 months with no problem, I am using a lightburn camera and have had great success. My power surged and when the computer rebooted it installed the latest update. I now can not access my camera. I have checked camera settings in the windows computer and it is regognized with no problem. I have rebooted everything, switched USB ports, reset machine, Opened Lightburn while holding the shift key…NO RESULTS> HELP!

Which version of Windows are you using?
When you say LightBurn does not “recognize your camera”, what does that mean? Is it not showing up in the drop-down list of cameras? It it showing up there but you don’t get a picture? Be as specific as you can about what it is doing.
